Michael Phelps Wins $100k in Vegas Poker Match

Immediately after cleaning up a file variety of medals at the Olympics, Michael Phelps has extended his winning streak at the poker desk.

According to TMZ, the retired gold medalist raked in $100k from a solitary poker match at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas this week.

A source studies that the 27- year - old athlete put in a chunk of it afterwards at Tryst nightclub in the Wynn.

A short while ago, Phelps arrived less than fire for possible Global Olympic Committee violations when photographs for his Louis Vuitton advertisement marketing campaign were leaked throughout the London Games. The IOC prohibits athletes from selling non-official sponsors through a time interval about the Video games. Sanctions contain stripping medals received by the offenders.

Even so, Phelps' agent Peter Carlisle insists the leaks have been not the fault of the swimmer. "He didn't violate Rule 40 it can be as basic as that. All that matters is no matter whether the athlete permitted that use. Which is all he can handle. In this instance, Michael did not authorize that use. The photos hadn't even been reviewed, considerably much less approved. It's as simple as that. An athlete can't regulate unauthorized works by using any far more than you can ensure an individual is not going to break into your property."
